Dog Allergies

THINKING OF GETTING ONE OF THESE BECAUSE YOU HAVE ALLERGIES?

Mexican Hairless Dog

If you have allergies to dogs , and are thinking of getting either one, you may want to think again. A dog or  with no hair might appear at first glance to be a wise choice BUT, in fact, just the opposite is true. These dogs  still have the two things people are allergic to. That being the skin of the animal – which sheds dead cells, or dander and saliva, which they deposit on their skin when licking themselves.

Do You Have an Inspirational Dog Story?

I’m writing a book about inspirational dog stories because people have some interesting stories about their dogs that may not otherwise see the light of day.

It is called "Dawg Bonez 4 Me" and it will be a collection of real accounts of human/canine interaction that made a difference in someone’s life.

I need your help to make this project a success.
Send me your stories about the dogs in your life.
It could be about a dog you’ve rescued for a shelter, bought from a breeder or received as a gift.

It could be an inspirational story about a "hero" dog that saved someone’s life; or just a nice story about how a dog who somehow demonstrated their unconditional love for their owners or another living thing.

If I accept your story for my book you will be given a FREE ebook of Dawg Bonez 4 Me as soon as it is ready. You will also be listed inside as one of our valued contributors.

Please submit your stories to toppooch@k9s4ever.com

This book will go on sale to the public as soon as it is ready.

Bailey Plays Dead on Letterman

I had an Irish Terrier that I trained to play dead.  He rolled over on his side and you would think he was sleeping if I didn’t tell you he was supposed to be dead.

He was not that impressive!

But wait until you see this Beagle play dead!!!

Do You See That Doggie in the Shelter?

Buyer Beware

According to  the Humane Society some pet stores get their puppies from puppy mills.  These are people who breed dogs like flies and confine them to cages with wire floors, dirty dishes, and the smell of urine is everywhere.

Singer Patti Page has re-recorded her classic hit, “How Much is that Doggie in the Window” to steer the public away from the cruelty of Puppy Mills. “How Much is That Doggie in the Shelter”.

Here is the video I thought you might like to see.
